Christine Eckhaus

Christine Eckhaus has decades of experience as an executive and technical recruiting leader and business coach. She’s worked with many top companies including: Amazon, Mulesoft, Workday to help them grow and scale their teams. Christine was the first executive recruiter for the AWS Machine Learning team in 2017. She and her peers scaled the Machine learning team from 2 individuals to 2000 employees globally in just two years. During her time at AWS Christine became a certified co-active coach through CTI.

Christine began her career at a Boutique Retained Executive Search Firm in her hometown, Chicago, IL. From there she spent time at Heidrick and Struggles prior to starting her own business from the ground up. Christine holds a MBA from Thunderbird and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.

Fun Fact: Christine was part of the second group of Peace Corps Volunteers ever deployed to Russia. She lived and worked in Volgodonsk, Russia.
